  1. If someone is refusing to leave your business and they pose no immediate threat to staff or customers then that situation should be handled by the proper authorities. Taking matters into your own hands and physically assaulting patrons is completely unacceptable in a civilized society. They should be held legally liable. At the very least they should have criminal charges brought against them.
